At the lake there is a popular destination called Chimney Rock. It’s a huge rock face that people jump from. There are about 3 levels from which you can prove your manhood to the hot chica waiting for you back in your boat. The lowest is shown in the pictures below. Next up is around 30 feet high, and the highest level is somewhere in the neighborhood of 60 feet I believe. I have made that jump several times, but the last time was 2 summers ago. It’s so high and takes so long to hit the water that you really have time to reflect on life while you plummet to the [hard] water below. The last time I jumped I decided during my flight that I really wasn’t interested in doing this anymore. But back to the point of this, JonMichael was pumped about jumping, and of course I was pumped about him doing it. Jolenn said she wanted to do it but when I got her up on the rock, well she was less than enthusiastic. Being the concerned father that I am, I decided I should get down as quickly and safely as possible.

In the video, these guys are jumping from the top, which is actually Chimney Rock.
I’ve seen the guys in South America doing this off higher cliffs.
